Location

In 2004 the Institute was awarded Honorary Diploma and Memorandum Badge for training highly qualified specialists by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The Institute is located in the city of Berdyansk, on the Sea of Azov's shore. Ancient territory of the North pre-Azov has been known since the times of the Greek historian Herodotus (5th B.C.) by the name of Agaria which means bountiful. This region is remarkable for its generous, friendly and multinational atmosphere.
